Try out the dog you're curious about after a meet & greet by taking him/her nto your home. This can be done for up to 1 month! WAG will cover all vet bills & can even assist with dog food through our WAG Gives Back program during that time. Return the dog or adopt him/her at the end!

Why are some dogs only available to foster, not adopt?
While the WAG kennels are great, and the volunteers love them; nothing compares to the love, care, and attention dogs get in foster homes. Dogs are placed in foster homes for various reasons. Some due to size, depression, need for behavior training, medical or even Hospice Care. No matter the reason, he/she just seeks love, care & "Hooman" hugs. They want a "hooman" to love while we wait for our "Furever" home.
